The DotsTech Story
Dots Technology Inc. was established in 1993 to focus on manufacturing high quality products and components for US companies.  Using the technology base of our parent organization, the Performax Group, a world-class manufacturer of golf club heads, we quickly captured and successfully completed contracts with several major US firms. We have since evolved into more than just an OEM supplier. We have diverse product experience, a wide range of capabilities and a large modern facility making us unique among Taiwanese manufacturers.

Dots' competent staff of professionals covers all the disciplines found in a well managed US firm; R&D, design, engineering, project management, and quality control. We are particularly strong in materials technology and own many patents on product design and process engineering.  This sound technical foundation sets us apart from other Asian manufacturers and gives us an excellent perspective for helping customers resolve challenging product problems. At Dots we put great emphasis on understanding and meeting customer requirements. We speak your language and can communicate technical information quickly and accurately utilizing AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Pro-E via our secure FTP site.  In 2002, our quality system received ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 certification. 

Our customer base has grown to include firms in many industries; sporting goods, microscopes, dental and medical equipment, sports cutlery, fishing reels, and hardware.

Today Dots is based in Taichung, Taiwan in a 20,000 sq. ft. facility. The fully equipped manufacturing area includes CNC milling machines, plastic injection molding presses, specialized grinding equipment for cutlery, and large forging presses.  In the assembly area, dedicated lines can be easily established to handle mass production. A supporting tool room has capabilities for mold and die making.  We benefit from our association with Performax and share their material technology, QC laboratory, analysis and optical measurements area and manufacturing facilities, as well as their supply chain. The Corporation also owns and manages facilities in China .

Our greatest resource is our talented employees.  The Dots family is more than 60 strong, including engineers, market and sales personnel, QC inspectors, workers and managers.  Sharing and growing hand-in-hand with customers has been our team philosophy.
